The City of Canada Bay currently owns five (5) tennis centres at various locations across the Local Government Area. All centres are currently leased and include management of the facility and coaching rights.

These facilities are:

• Cintra Park Tennis Centre

• Powells Creek Tennis Centre

• Croker Park Tennis Centre

• Five Dock Park Tennis Centre

• Greenlees Park Tennis Centre

Five Dock Park Tennis Centre comprises of two (2) synthetic grass courts, floodlighting, a toilet, and a concrete viewing area.

The focus of this Tender is the management of the tennis centre together with any proposed improvements to the courts, toilets and/or surrounding landscaping.
