Tender Description
The City of Canada Bay Council has a unique waterfront café available for Lease overlooking Iron Cove Bay, adjacent to Drummoyne Swimming Pool.
In 2006, the Council refurbished the building at 1P Henley Marine Drive, Drummoyne, formally known as Drummoyne Pool Caretakers Cottage to make it suitable for use as a café. The current operator's lease is due to expire at the end of December 2023.
The council is now seeking submissions from suitably experienced and motivated operators to enter into a new lease for the occupation and operation of the Café together with any proposed improvements to the building.
Council is offering a 5 + 5 year lease, subject to assessment under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
