Tender Description
The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority invites qualified contractors to participate in an open tendering process to revitalize the Anglesea Family Caravan Park’s recreational facilities. The project endeavor specifically targets the design and construction of a new Children’s Playground to cater for children from age 3 plus, and to identify opportunities for future development of the mini golf play area, intending to harmoniously merge modern amenities with the park’s distinctive coastal allure.
The total allocated budget for this project is $175,000 - $225,000 (Ex-GST). This tender invite prospective contractors to provide a proposal for a playground given the budget allocated for this project.

Site Walk

Notes: Requirement to pre-register attendance prior to the site walk. Attendance registration for the briefing and site walks to be sent to procurement@greatoceanroadauthority.vic.gov.auIt should be noted that if Suppliers are unable to attend the scheduled site visit, an alternative site visit may be arranged by appointment.
