GRNSW (Greyhound Racing NSW) is delighted to invite suitably qualified and experienced parties to participate in the tender process for the construction of a new racetrack, associated Greyhound Racing Infrastructure, and building facilities at Lithgow Greyhound Racing Club.

Project Overview: The proposed project involves the redevelopment of an existing Greyhound Racing facility. This development includes the demolition of existing Racing Track, as well as the removal of certain existing buildings. The project encompasses the construction of a building, Track Works, Tower Works, Patron Area Works, Kennel Works, and associated building works.

2. Submission Deadline: Friday - 15/12/2023 4:30 PM

Scope of Work: The scope of work for the successful tenderer shall include the following:

GRNSW requires an upgrade the Lithgow Greyhound Racing Club track including part demolition, alterations and additions and associated work.

The key construction works for the project include, however are not limited to, bulk earthworks, civil works including new greyhound racetrack, retaining walls, utility connections, services infrastructure, landscaping, fencing, and building works.

Tender Requirements: Interested parties must meet the following criteria to be considered for this tender:

- A proven track record in the construction industry, specifically in similar projects

- Relevant licenses and certifications

- Demonstrable experience in delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule

- Compliance with all regulatory requirements and building standards

- Ability to provide comprehensive project management and communication to ensure the successful completion of the project
