Whanganui District Council (WDC) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors for scheduled and preventative maintenance of Whanganui District Council Traffic Signals.

The scope of work includes but is not restricted to;

-Emergency repair of faults and crash damage.

-Scheduled preventative maintenance.

-Cleaning of cabinets, lanterns and pedestrian call boxes.

-Supply and fitting of new equipment when and as directed.

Enquiries regarding any aspect of the RFT must be submitted via e-mail, and to the Engineer to the Contract only: Chris Thrupp, at chris.thrupp@whanganui.govt.nz no later than three working days before the tender closing date.

Important Tender Submission Note:

-Please scan your tender documents together to create 2 pdf files only, as opposed to uploading multiple individual files, one pdf file for all your Non-priced Attribute information and one pdf file for all your Priced Tender submissions information.
