Tender Description

The Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman ('the Office') is seeking the provision of a Client Relationship Management System to support its management of complaints, cases and client liaison. The Office is seeking a solution that is provided as 'Software as a Service' where licensing/subscription is combined with access to the solution. The Office does not wish to be responsible for maintaining any infrastructure or software.

The Office is seeking a primary contractor to provide the services needed to tailor the system to meet our business requirements. There may be multiple suppliers sub-contracted to provide the full range of services but our Office wishes to work through a primary contractor.

For subscription/licensing however, the Office has a strong preference to purchase directly from the system vendor, not through a third party.
