The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to find a suitably qualified Head Consultant and team of sub-consultants, to provide urban design, landscape architecture, and architectural services in the precinct planning, design development through to construction, of the Apollo Bay Harbour Redevelopment Project.
