This Request for Tender (RFT) is for the Provision of Wash Chemicals for the Warragul Linen Service of West Gippsland Healthcare Group.

Due to expansion of health services contracts and to align the supply of Wash Chemicals and demand, Warragul Linen Service (WLS), a division of the West Gippsland Healthcare Group seeks to undertake an open market Tender for the provision of future proofing supply and future demand.

WLS is looking to award the successful candidate a five year contract with two one year options to extend (total 5 + 1 + 1) for the supply of all chemicals and service associated with wash operation at the Warragul facility.

This includes the provision of associated dispensing equipment, service systems and support services with a view to include ongoing consultation to optimize quality, quantity, environmental impact and any impact on personnel.

All chemicals are to be included in the contracted price, including all wash related chemicals, barrier chemicals and ph balancing chemicals.

All equipment upgrades/replacements are to be included in the contracted price.

The provider is to ensure they adhere to the codes of practice and regulations set by the State Government of Victoria or Federal Laws Governing wash chemicals, environmental agencies or industry associations maintaining currency and adhering to these guidelines, but not limited to.
