Tender Description

Gold Coast Waterways Authority requests tenders from suitably qualified respondents for the Tallebudgera (Murlong Crescent) boat ramp & floating walkway pontoon design, approvals and construction & Maintenance of Paradise Point and Cavill Avenue Pontoons project as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope. Tenderers should note that Contract comprises three separable portions as follows:

  • SEPARABLE PORTION 1: Tallebudgera (Murlong Crescent) Boat Ramp and Floating Walkway Pontoon Demolition, Approvals, Design & Construction
  • Separable Portion No.2 (Provisional Work Optional Item 1): Paradise Point Pontoon
  • Separable Portion No.3 (Provisional Work Optional Item 2): Cavill Avenue Pontoon

Tenderers should note that the whole of Separable Portions 2 and 3 are optional provisional work as contemplated by clause 3 of the Contract.
