Dungog Shire Council is currently seeking Requests for Quotations (RFQ) for the removal and processing of 1500tonne of green waste stockpiles at Dungog Shire Council’s Waste Management Facility. Council is seeking a staged approach on the removal of the unprocessed green waste as required by Council over an approximate two (2) year period. Stage one would comprise the removal and processing of the current stockpile of unprocessed green waste (approximately 500 tonne). Stage two would then comprise removing and processing smaller stockpiles at 6 month intervals and subject to the direction of Council.

Council now invites suitable tenderers to submit a quotation for the works as outlined below.

SCOPE OF WORKS

1. Site inspection to understand site constraints, accessibility, quantum of material and induction requirements.

2. Removal and processing of the current green waste stockpile.

3. Removal and processing of green waste stockpiles at 6 month intervals and subject to the direction of Council.

4. Replace and deliver organically broken down or pasteurized green waste material as required by Council.

5. Allow for site rectification works as required to ensure site and stockpile location is left presentable and tidy to the satisfaction of the facility supervisor.

6. Allow for the removal of the current stockpile (approx. 500 tonne) to be completed by Friday 31 May 2024
