State Trustees Limited (STL) is issuing this Tender to develop our understanding of the funeral services market and identify suppliers capable of delivering funerals services that deliver the best outcome for our regional Clients in Victoria. Further details of the requirement are described in Part B.
The purpose of this Tender is to gain a greater understanding of suppliers’ capabilities and experience.
STL issues this Tender to identify suppliers who have the proven capability to deliver funeral services that are in the best interest of our regional clients and have the ability to build a strategic relationship with STL through a referral program whilst focusing on a holistic customer service and provision that includes innovation in in funeral care.
