This is an EOI to clarify the availability and type of onsite waste processing solutions/systems currently available.

The aim of this project is to assist Grampians Health improve our environmental footprint by reducing waste disposed of in landfill, incineration and/or deep site burial. At present, both landfill and clinical waste are collected and processed offsite by external providers. The ability to process all waste onsite will reduce the use of external waste providers, reducing annual expenditure for waste removal, will reduce our negative impact on the environment but more importantly, look to replace our reliance on fossil fuels by converting waste to an energy rich, Refuse Derived Fuel (feedstock) for potential use internally, or enabling waste to be recycled giving a finite resource a second life.
