Gwydir Shire Council is seeking quotes from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of a three-bay shed at 32 Plunkett St Warialda.

Please see below shed details and the attached plan. Dimensions are only approximate.

• Three-bays. Two-bays divided by internal wall with door to the remaining bay.

• One-bay section requires roller door access.

• Two-bay sections require lining and insulation as this will eventually be air conditioned.

• Two extra wide PA doors at the front and rear of the 2-bay section.

• No windows required.

• Concrete slab and awning to extend approx 1-2m out from the front of the shed.

Council is seeking a quote for the supply and construction please.
