A site visit will be held at Oats Street and Bank Street, Carlisle, 6101, Perth at 10 Jun, 2024 10:00 AM.

Site Inspection details as follows; The Respondent must attend the Mandatory Tender Briefing at the start of the first site inspection and all mandatory site inspections

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection 1: Date: 10 June 2024, 10am - 3pm at South Metropolitan TAFE, Carlisle Campus, Oats Street and Bank Street, Carlisle, WA 6101 (Customer Service Centre)

Site Inspection 2: Date 11 June 2024, 10am-3pm at South Metropolitan TAFE, Thornlie Campus , Burslem Drive, Thornlie WA 6108 (Customer Service Centre)

Site Inspection 3: Date 12 June 2024, 10am-3pm at South Metropolitan TAFE, Kwinana Campus, Corner Gilmore Avenue and Sulphur Road, Kwinana WA 6167 (Customer Service Centre)

Respondents are to confirm attendance to adrian.allen@finance.wa.gov.au by 4pm Western Australia time on 7 June 2024

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
