Horizon Power is undertaking the Blackstone Hybrid Energy Solution (BHES) Project, which aims to construct a new hybrid power station in the remote community of Blackstone, Western Australia. This power station will be modular, incorporating solar, battery, and diesel generation to achieve a high penetration of renewable energy. This project aims to substitute Blackstone's temporary diesel power, initially replacing the existing infrastructure damaged by fire, with a safer, more reliable, and greener solution. The detail of the scope is outlined in the Attachment 1 - Technical Specification of this RFT.
