White Cliffs Community Association is seeking Expressions of Interest from contractor(s) to operate and manage the White Cliffs Caravan Park. The caravan park is operated and managed through the White Cliffs Community Association with delegated authority from Central Darling Shire Council.

The caravan park is a vital accommodation facility for tourism in the area. It includes 46 sites (25 powered, 20 unpowered and 1 cabin). White Cliffs is a popular tourist destination. The Central Daring Heritage Trail driving tour app is bringing visitors to the area. The app was Highly Commended in this year’s National Trust NSW Heritage Awards. The White Cliffs Hotel is also drawing visitors to the town it is a favoured hotel and was named the AHA NSW Bush Pub in 2023. White Cliffs is home to the pineapple opal and the National Trust listed Solar Power Station. The town is known for its’ underground accommodation and plenty more.

People wanting to submit an Expression of Interest to operate and manage the White Cliffs Caravan Park should outline the annual cost for providing the service over a 12- month period, including:

• General Cleaning

• Administration

• General Park Maintenance

Interested contractor(s) are required to have a current ABN and $20m Public Liability Insurance. Central Darling Shire Council will enter into a contract for services with the preferred contractor(s) and reserve the right to negotiate the terms prior to entering into the contractual arrangement. The successful contractor(s) will be managed through the White Cliffs Community Association with support from Central Darling Shire Council as required.
