The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the provision of cleaning services for Toowoomba Sports Ground as specified in Part B – Contract Details document.

Toowoomba Sports Ground aims to be the leading sports and events venue in the Southwest Queensland Region. TSG can host up to 9000 spectators. The venue has a function room, conference room, rectangular field suited to Rugby League, Union and Soccer. The venue also has multiple offices along with change rooms, a first aid room, bathroom facilities and two canteens. The venue is utilised by multiple community clubs and group throughout the entire week. The venue attracts major events as well as community level events.

The current contract expires on the 30th of September 2024. The department is therefore seeking to enter into a new contract for the cleaning services at TSG after the existing contract expires.

A site visit will be held at Toowoomba Sports Ground, 47 Arthur Street, Toowoomba at 25 Jul, 2024 11:00 AM . Suppliers must register to attend this briefing by emailing the Customer?s Contact Person as per ITO Part A 1.5 Briefing session.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
