Builders are invited to lodge expression of interest in tendering for the construction of facilities at St Agnes Catholic High School, Rooty Hill.

Construction involves anew basement carpark, classroom refurbishment and heritage building restoration and extension.

This is a systemic Catholic School within the Diocese of Parramatta.

Registrants should demonstrate the following:

* Provide details of similar projects completed circa $20m - $30m, include scope of works, client name, location and completion

* Detail experience working in a live school environment constructing educational facilities.

* Outline your company's Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures. Provide details of your safety record on past projects.

* Describe any innovative approaches or sustainable practices your company would bring to this project.

* Please provide any additional information that you believe is relevant to your expression of interest
