Tender Description
This RFQ seeks a training partner to design and deliver professional development training on the topic of ‘Bias in the workplace’.
The purpose of this training is to help employees become more aware of what bias is, the different types of bias, the difference between cognitive and unconscious bias and how bias may be impacting decisions and behaviours in the workplace and other barriers to diversity and inclusion.
