This RFQ seeks one or more training partner/s to design and deliver professional development training on the topic of ‘Coaching in the workplace’.
The purpose of this training is enhance the capabilities of people leaders to understand the benefits of coaching, how to coach effectively, and support employees to perform with confidence and enthusiasm and to contribute more effectively to the team.
