Snowy Monaro Regional Council is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from parties interested in operating the Bombala Laundromat under a 12-month licence agreement.

Located on Therry Street, Bombala, the laundromat has been a valuable asset for locals and visitors alike for more than a decade. Council is now looking for an operator who can maintain and enhance this important community facility.

Essential information:

    – Licence period: 12 months

    – Location: Therry Street, Bombala

    – Council plans to provide hot water to the site if a suitable agreement is reached

    – The successful applicant will need to supply washing machines and dryers

Important dates:

    – EOI opens: Friday 9 August 2024

    – Site inspection: 9am, Monday 19 August 2024 (registration required)

    – EOI closes: 12pm, Friday 6 September 2024

Prospective operators are encouraged to attend the on-site inspection.

Registration for the inspection is essential and must be submitted to Council prior to 9am on Friday 16 August 2024.
