Tender Description
Council would like to install a new 2 or 3 bedroom transportable building for staff accommodation at 34 John Street, Ivanhoe NSW 2878 Lot 3 DP 25778, lot dimensions approximately 16m x 56m.
Tenderers are invited to submit proposals, including:
1. concept drawings for 2 and 3 bedroom units.
2. cost to supply and deliver the unit to site
3. cost to install the unit, including site stumping
4. additional outdoor covered verandah and deck options under main roof
5. additional free standing, pitched roof carport options, approximately 6m x 3m
6. a detailed program of works including fabrication, delivery and installation timeframes from date of acceptance
7. a suitable Air Conditioning system for outback, arid Australia - preferably refrigerated reverse cycle split system
8. details of wall, roof space and underfloor insulation
Council will:
1. Arrange all connections to services and utilities.
2. Be responsible for all statutory fees and charges
