Tender Description
Federation Council would like to review and update road and road related information on a four-year cycle. The information gathered through the condition assessment, valuation and image recording project and will be used by Council to:
- Model asset consumption
- Determine consumption trends
- Establish asset valuation and depreciation
- Determine future financial demands in regard to asset renewal
- Identify capital renewal requirements
There are essentially two components to this:
1. The provision of condition assessments for all assets (quantities listed in schedule of Tender Price);
2. The review and updating of asset valuation, depreciation and renewal demand data (quantities listed in schedule of Tender Price);
3. Digital imaging of Road Network
