The Principal (Gold Coast Waterways Authority) is seeking painting services for an initial contract period of 12 months, with an option to extend the contract for up to two additional years, utilising a 1+1 extension option. Each campaign will lasy approximately three months.

The Principal is seeking painting services that must include complete (100%) abrasive blast cleaning of all jetty steel surfaces (both top and bottom) to remove the existing paint system back to bare steel. This process should adhere to the standards specified in AS 1627.4 and AS 1627.9, and any other standard, ensuring that all surfaces are prepared to the required level before applying a full re-coat (top and bottom of the jetty).

Whilst specification requirements and standards of service are defined, these are minimum standards, and the Supplier shall provide and allow for all necessary management, administration, costs and resources to manage and deliver the Services regardless of whether or not such items have been specified in detail.
