Georges River Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible not-for-profit community organisations to enter into a property Lease agreement of a Community Facility, located at 65/23-27 MacMahon Street, Hurstville (former Hurstville Baby Health Centre).

Hurstville, a suburb in southern Sydney, is approximately 15 km from the Central Business District and 7 km from Kingsford Smith Airport. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Hurstville Train Station and bus routes.

The Community Facility, located at 65/23-27 MacMahon St, Hurstville is zoned B4 – Mixed Use.
