Point RoadKnight Kiosk Lease

The Authority is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced people / businesses to operate the Pt Roadknight Kiosk.

The successful applicant will be granted a Lease to operate an approved commercial business for up to five (5) years at the site.

The EOI is an open and transparent process, and all interested parties are encouraged to consider applying.

On Site Inspection & Briefing

A briefing session will be held at Melba Ave, Anglesea, Vic, Australia, 3230 on 5 September 2024 05:30 pm.

Notes: Any inspection of the premises (including inside the building) is required to submit an application under this EOI.If prospective applicants cannot attend at this time, the Authority will endeavour to make the premises available for inspection at a later date, however this cannot be guaranteed.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
