Tender Description
Contractors interested in being considered to tender on school project at Carroll College, Broulee, are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn.
Project Description
TAS Building - Construction of a new TAS Building and Refurbishment of existing facilities. Associated works include new roadways, carparking and landscaping.
Estimated contract value circa $5m. Submissions will be assessed against the following criteria:
- Current capacity and experience of staff to undertake the works
- Extensive experience in working on school projects
- Recently completed projects and suitable references
- Demonstrated capacity to successfully complete projects of similar or greater value
