This RFI is an information gathering process in which Hunter Water seeks feedback from the market regarding their capacity, experience and capability to provide a service that will meet Hunter Water's objectives including indicative pricing.

The primary objectives of the project Software Development Services to enhance existing self-service portal are:

* To work collaboratively with Hunter Water to enhance our existing self-service Property portal.

* The enhancements are based on the design of the optimum service blueprint utilising existing technology as described in the background information.

* That the outcome of the project addresses the objectives to:

   a. Make it easier for developers of all types and experiences to understand and complete their development requirements across the end-to-end journey

   b. Enable internal teams to process applications in a way that respects customer's time and helps them achieve compliance with process and legislation

   c. Aligns with Hunter Water's current Enterprise Architecture

* To see improvement in Hunter Water's CX score for this cohort of customers.

* The desire is that the outcomes would be delivered within a 6-month period from commencement.
