Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to carry out Aviation Security Screening at Ballina Byron Gateway Airport, in accordance with the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004, Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005, Aviation Screening Notice 2024 (current ASN2013 which will be transitioned to ASN2024 from the implementation date as mandated by CISC) and Ballina Shire Council’s Transport Security Program.

The contract period shall be for a period of three (3) years with, at Council’s sole discretion, two extension options of one year each available
