Mt Buller Alpine Resort has many operational buildings where the alpine environment of freezing winters and hot summers has proven to be harsh for paint coatings and cladding elements of our buildings.

This tender opportunity includes 2 buildings within the Mt Buller Resort:

1. The Village Square Plaza, and
2. Workshop Accommodation.

The works of external painting can be viewed in the documentation and include, but not limited to, preparation, painting, sealing, minor cladding and window repairs to ensure buildings remain weatherproof.

Bidders are invited to bid for one, or both buildings. Whilst responses for each building will be assessed individually, the two buildings may be awarded to the one bidder if this represents best value for money.

An options bidders briefing session will be held at 11am, Thursday 26, September 2024. Commencing from Alpine Central, 10 Summit Road, Mt Buller. To register please email tenders.mtbuller@alpineresorts.vic.gov.au.

The contract is expected to be awarded in October 2024. Works are required to commence as soon as suitable to be worked on and be complete by March 2025.
