Council requires a suitably experienced contractor to undertake the Campbelltown City Council Chambers Audio Visual Replacement.

The works sought are to include the supply, decommissioning, installation, testing, commissioning, and comprehensive maintenance of the complete audio visual and audio-visual network installation for the Council Chambers. This includes the use of existing audio-visual systems and installation of new audio-visual systems, as defined within the scope of the works, and included systems drawings. Including all minor and incidental works necessary to complete the works associated with the design intent detailed within the specifications and accompanying drawings. User testing and end user training also form part of Works.

The Works will be delivered in three Stages:

Stage 1 - Decommissioning and Installation

Stage 2 - Commissioning and User Acceptance Testing

Stage 3 - Council Meeting Support
