UTS Data Network Refresh Request For Tender (Partial Release)
Tender ID: 567320
Tender Details
Tender Description
UTS seeks tender responses for the following services:
Part A: Support the existing UTS fleet of network equipment and services.
Part B: Design, implement and support an agreed optimal future network infrastructure, including the provisioning and management of network hardware.
Tenderers with the combined capability, experience, and workforce to meet the requirements of the tender are invited to respond to this tender.
Responding to Part B is mandatory. Tenderers must tender for Part B of this tender. Tender responses that do not include a response to Part B of the tender will not be considered.
Responding to Part A is optional. Tenderers tendering for Part A should indicate clearly at the front page of their tender that their proposal includes a response to Part A.
In responding to Part B, Tenderers will be required to provide both a CAPEX and OPEX solution to the future state network infrastructure.
UTS anticipates that tender responses may propose either of the following supply arrangements:
1. A single supplier partnership or
2. A prime and sub-contractor supplier partnership.
A prime and sub-contractor supplier partnership may be led by either a Network Product Provider or a Systems Integrator (SI) to provide a joined-up design, build and run solution to meet UTS' network solution requirements. UTS will reserve the right to, in its sole discretion, award Parts A and B in full to one partner or either Part separately to two partners, subject to the outcomes of the tender evaluation process and the subsequent value for money benefit to UTS. Where Parts A and B are awarded to separate supplier partnerships, the contract term for Part A will be amended to best fit the schedule for transitioning from the current to future state network.
Receipt of the full tender documents is contingent on the provision of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached with this Tender.
