Horizon Power’s Retail Systems Replacement Program objective is to position our Meter-To-Cash (M2C) and Enhanced Customer Service (ECS) system to fully support our current business operations and enable our future vision and strategy, in a prudent, fit for purpose way.
Horizon Power has selected the Gentrack software for its M2C solution. Through this open Request for Tender (RFT) Horizon Power is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced System Integrator (SI) to engage with Gentrack and deliver the M2C solution, to propose and deliver a suitable technology product for the ECS solution that will integrate with the M2C solution and to manage and deliver the end to end outcome of the program.
The SI must work in conjunction with the M2C product vendor, Gentrack, and the proposed ECS product vendor, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Horizon Power seeks to procure both systems through the SI, however it reserves the right to enter into licensing agreements directly with the product vendors. Should this occur, this would not alleviate the SI’s responsibility for the end solution.
If the SI wishes to propose an alternate ECS solution to provide Horizon Power with options, it may do so by submitting a second Offer to this RFT in full. For the avoidance of doubt Gentrack products are the only products that will be accepted for the M2C solution.
The Services must be delivered in a prudent, fit-for-purpose manner, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and alignment with Horizon Power’s strategic goals.
