All Goulburn Valley Water Contractors who tender for work with a total of 100k or more will be required to have a third party certified safety system e.g. AS/NZS 4801:2001

Tenderers must understand and action the Tender Booklet Annexure B Particulars, as a minimum:

• Clause 5: A compulsory site inspection on Tuesday, 17 December 2024, 10:00am.
• Please register your attendance by emailing: markpr@gvwater.vic.gov.au by Friday, 13 December 2024.
• Goulburn Valley Water, have a long and long policy therefore, all contractors visiting GVW sites must wear long sleeves shirt and long trousers, hats, HI VIS vest or alike, foot protection.
• Clause 15 Selection Criteria details the following:

• Code of Conduct Checks, Insurance and Financial
• Third Party Accredited OHS Management System
• Industrial Relations Management
• Fair Jobs Code Pre-Assessment
• Weighted Evaluation Criteria:
• 25% - Value for Money - Price
• 25% - Value for Money - Delivery ability and approach
• 25% - Past Performance
• 10% - Local Jobs First: Industry Development
• 10% - Local Jobs First: Job Outcomes
• 5% - SPF Objectives and Outcomes Questionnaire

Ahead of the Required Returnable Tender Schedules the Tender Form Table details all the Tender Booklet Returnable Schedules (unless stated) and aligns them to the above Mandatory and Weighted Evaluation Selection Criteria.

Please post on the forum all Tenderer questions, so that all potential tenderers have access to the same information requests and responses.

Non-conforming tenders will be reviewed in terms of their actual departures, which Tenderers must clearly list in the Tender Booklet Tender Conformance Schedule. Minor non-conformances can be sought to be clarified. However, those that do not meet at least the minimum mandatory requirements are excluded.
