Gwydir Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from parties interested in removing the entire structure or specific parts of the house located at 39 Cunningham St, Bingara. The successful buyer will be responsible for dismantling and removing the selected sections or items from the property.

Interested parties should submit their EOIs specifying which parts of the house they are interested in to procurement@gwydir.nsw.gov.au. Inspections of the property can be arranged on request, please contact Michael Bone on 0499 877 548.

The deadline for EOI submissions is 5pm on 4th October 2024.

Please note that all removals must be completed by 1st December 2024.
