Tender Description
The City of Vincent has identified the need to revitalise the Robertson Park Tennis Centre. This project is the second portion of works of the Robertson Park Development Plan to be implemented.
The City is seeking an experienced, qualified, and reliable contractor within the landscape and sports court construction industry for the provision of the Robertson Park Development Stage 1B construction. The works include:
a) Converting the twelve (12) existing synthetic turf courts to acrylic hard courts.
b) Upgrading the floodlights including connection to the existing Book-A-Court system.
c) Replacing the court perimeter and dividing fencing and gates.
d) Constructing a central thoroughfare with shelters, seating, and rain gardens.
e) Installing an integrated stormwater drainage system.
A mandatory site inspection is schedule for 11:00am (WST) Tuesday 8 October 2024.
The closing time and date for all submissions is 2:00pm (WST) Friday 18 October 2024.
