Tenderers must demonstrate the availability of trained and qualified staff and equipment and have the ability to make an immediate start. The successful tenderer will have adequate management experience, be able to identify and control locally important weed species and have a sound knowledge of Council's network of roads, reserves and operational lands.

Tenderers must ensure that all operational staff have a current NSW EPA Ground Applicators License and NSW Traffic Control Accreditation. Tenderers must have all appropriate signage and ensure compliance with Council policies and procedures.
