Tenders are invited from suitably qualified construction companies for the reconstruction of 707 metres of Allambie Road, Orielton. The works associated with the project include (but are not limited to) excavation and removal of spoil, construction of new road pavement, application of two coat spray seal, construction of roadside drainage and culvert works.

A pre-Tender meeting is scheduled for 10:30am on Wednesday, 16th of October 2024. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory.

Tenders must be clearly marked “Tender for C-25-T-002 Allambie Road Reconstruction, Orielton” and may be deposited in the Tender Box at the Sorell Council Offices, 47 Cole Street, Sorell or received by mail prior to the closing date. Tenders will be accepted up until 2:00pm on Wednesday, 30th of October 2024. Neither the lowest nor any Tender will necessarily be accepted. Late Tender responses will not be considered.
