Tender Description
Customer Service and Community Business Unit is undertaking a strategic review of its retail operating model to identify potential cost reduction opportunities while maintaining or improving customer experience.
This review is driven by rising operational costs, opportunities within the Retail System Replacement (RSR) project, and the expiration of the current outsourcing contract.
Through this RFT, Horizon Power seeks to award a contract to a Respondent who can demonstrate the ability to deliver all the services set out in Section C and provide value for money.
