The Principal is seeking a proven and supported facilities booking software application (the Solution) to service its diverse facility portfolio and growing customer needs. The Solution will enable the Principal to consolidate, integrate and automate its current operational booking processes, which involve multiple internal stakeholders. The Solution must improve the Principal's operational efficiency and ease of booking for customers.

The contract will be awarded in separable parts:

Separable part A: Configuration and implementation of the Solution

Separable part B: Licensing and support of the Solution.

The successful Contractor will be awarded Separable part A and B.
