Tender Description
TasWater has requested a replacement of the existing temporary Cooee Point magnesium hydroxide dosing unit with a permanent facility to be located at the Brickport Rd Sewage Pump Station (SPS).
This includes
- design, supply, and installation of a new magnesium hydroxide dosing unit at the Brickport Rd SPS
- hardstand for chemical delivery and the integration of the new unit to the SCADA system and
- a new wet well access stairway.
The design shall also allow for additional dosing to compensate for the downstream SPS's discharging to the common rising main leading to Reeve Street SPS.
The works will require the services of a principal contractor and any subcontractors for the following:
- Design works
- Civil works
- Mechanical
- Structural
- Electrical / Instrumentation
