Key problem/s

The Commonwealth of Australia, as represented by the Department of Finance (Finance), Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), and Department of Education (Education), are jointly conducting an ICT Request for Information (RFI) process to gain insight and understanding from suitably qualified and experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sellers or resellers on the software capabilities, and indicative pricing of their ERP products.

The objective of this RFI is to seek information from ERP vendors to identify potentially viable solutions that meet the requirements of the entities. Via this RFI, each entity will seek to identify one or more potentially viable ERP solutions that meet the individual requirements of Finance, DEWR and Education, respectively.

For absolute clarity, the purpose of this RFI is to assess the market offerings against each entity’s requirements, a consolidated system for all three entities is not the intent of this RFI.
