Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tenders from contractors to provide tender response on the following:

The Nichols Point drainage area is part of the Mildura East development plan. The construction of two new drainage outfalls along Karadoc Avenue and Irymple Avenue will enable the Nichols Point Development/Growth area to drain into the wetlands located at the intersection of Karadoc Avenue and First Street.

Stage 1 of this project requires the following:

a) Design & supplying and installation of Basin " A " pump station with electrical switchboard including all connections to stormwater structures and power supply, testing & commissioning.

b) Earthworks for Basin A, and

c) Supplying and installation of Rising Main Outfall.

The pump station will connect to the rising main on Karadoc Avenue, extending along Roberts Road to the proposed outfall. As part of this project, trunk mains, drainage basins, and other drainage infrastructure will need to be installed around the Nichols Point township.

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
