Tender Description
The City of Adelaide (CoA) seeks to engage a series of consultancy teams to deliver the Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of key streetscape locations, as part of the Main Street Revitalisation Program (MSRP). CoA have undertaken extensive community consultation to develop and cost a Concept Design (refer to Appendix Schedule). Through collaboration with the CoA project team, the successful Consultant team will validate and verify the design and cost estimate to produce Construction Tender-ready documentation for delivery commencing in the 2025/26 financial year.
