Tender ID: 571498
Tender Details
Tender Description
Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN), in collaboration with South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN) and Nepean Blue Mountains Primary Health Network (NBMPHN), is undertaking a review and evaluation of their commissioned psychiatry services delivered by Dokotela. CESPHN will be the lead PHN for this project.
CESPHN is seeking proposals for an evaluation of Dokotela's commissioned psychiatry services across Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN), in collaboration with South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN) and Nepean Blue Mountains Primary Health Network (NBMPHN) regions.
Dokotela's PHN-funded psychiatry services provide free consultations with psychiatrists to people living with severe and complex mental illness, who are not supported by tertiary mental health services and who, due to socio-economic barriers and other social determinants would not otherwise be able to access private psychiatry.
The evaluation will be an opportunity to evaluate the reach and effectiveness of each model of care for the target populations in each PHN region, identify what is working well and opportunities for improvement to better meet the needs of the population.
