Campaspe Shire Council seeks submissions from suitably qualified respondents for the upgrade of the Wilf Cox Pavilion at the Kyabram Recreation Reserve.

The scope of work shall include supply and installation of all plant, materials and equipment required for the refurbishment and fitout of the building.

The building is a two-storey structure with sporting change room facilities on the ground floor and function space with associated amenities and axillary spaces making up the upper storey. The building is in a sound structural condition but has non-compliant components such as DDA access, internal toilet amenities, no netball changeroom facilities and changeroom football facilities that are not female friendly.

There will be a compulsory site visit at 10:30am 19 November 2024 at the Wilf Cox Pavilion, Kyabram Recreation Reserve, Kyabram.
