Tender Description
CFA has prepared a RFI Questionnaire to gauge the interest, capacity and capability of suppliers to provide fire rated safety boots designed specifically for the unique needs of women on behalf of CFA.
Attachment A contains the RFI Questionnaire
Firefighting Footwear is required to be certified to:
- AS/NZS 4821:2014 Protective footwear for firefighters - Requirements and test methods (EN15090:2012, MOD) Type 2 - Classification Class I
- Certification is to be evidenced by provision of the Certification Schedule and accompanied by independent test results from a NATA or ILAC equivalent laboratory.
- Certification will be evidenced in the EOI by provision of the Certification Schedule and accompanied by independent test results from a NATA or ILAC equivalent laboratory.
