Tender Description
The City of Vincent requires an experience HVAC company for AC upgrade works on Level 1 of the Administration Building.
The contractor must install the equipment with the skill, diligence care expected of a professional experienced in installing equipment of the type required under this agreement. The Contractor warrants and represents that it is expert in the installation of the equipment and is able to maintain the equipment throughout the defect liability period.
A mandatory site inspection will be scheduled and further detail sent out at a later date.
