The Agency is seeking a partner to assist in progressing Digital Heath education and our Hub digital solution that supports assessment and guidance to Digital Health literacy, pathways, and courses. The Digital Health Workforce Hub is desirable to be associated with an Agency Internet Domain and is dependent on the partner offering may be hosted in one of the Agency's Cloud environments or the partners cloud/hosting environment (subject to adherence of technical criteria).

This solution will support the functionality of the existing Minimum Viable Product (MVP), as well look to mature this as per the Agency studies that have been commissioned. The Partner will prepare a Service Plan that will include a schedule of services to be provided for the Hub with option for Agency Cloud hosting or Partner hosting. A communications plan will be created by the Agency for the launch of the Hub and promotion to the Health and Aged Care sector. The Partner is to outline their promotional channels and include their reach to support the launch in their response.

Work for the Hub will include:

• Migration of the Hub from the WordPress solution to one consistent with the standards of a government website able to be hosted in a Microsoft Azure tenancy, continuous development and support, and hosting all existing elements of the hub and identifying elements that should be hosted and a timeline and costing for year 2 improvements based on the above findings and information gained during this project.
• Developing & delivering an engagement plan to engage with educators and clinical peaks to add or provide links to existing digital health courses for inclusion on the Hub.
• Organise and host in conjunction with the Agency, a workshop with educators and industry to look at the future digital health roles and what courses should be developed and included in future enhancements of the Hub.
• Determine what courses are appropriate for inclusion on the Hub.
• Build and grow links to relevant courses into the Hub.
• Clinical peak and educators’ endorsement of the Hub.
• Providing progress reports and a final report.
