Whitsunday Regional Council (the Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out fence upgrades at a number of Council facilities.

The Principal will require the Contractor to demolish the existing fencing and install new fencing at each of these facilities as per the requirements outlined in Clause 3 (the Works).

The Contractor will be provided access and sufficient area surrounding fence lines at each Site to establish Lay Down Area for materials. The Contractor will be appointed as the Principal Contractor for all areas under their possession and will be required to demarcate the portion of Site in possession.
